Hi, I’m Isabela
Product & Graphic designer
based in Lisbon.

I specialize in branding, art direction, and digital asset management, with a strong focus on creating cohesive, accessible brand hubs that streamline companies' visual assets.

My approach to curating and managing stock imagery ensures that each asset not only aligns with the brand’s vision but also remains easily accessible for ongoing use.

I like to bring a thoughtful perspective to each project. This website contains my most beloved projects

The Ministry of Justice and Law receives requests from different parts of the country to provide training and support on justice-related issues. The communities that most frequently submit these requests are Colombia's ethnic groups. This is why the following proposal has been developed: the creation of the Ethnic Affairs Team within the framework of the Ministry of Justice and Law.

When I think about the creation of this logo, I need to break everything down into syllables: con-cep-tu-a-li-za-tion, because this creation process required many steps, many filters, and a great deal of inclusion—each moment as valid as the next.

When you think of ethnic communities, you think of weaving, but Colombia is a very diverse country. Therefore, not all communities are represented by the same type of weaving; they didn't have the same requests. Although they fall under the category of ethnic communities, each one has unique characteristics.

I created this logo in 2016 for the Colombian Justice Ministry.

The logo represents the fluidity and dynamism of Colombia's ethnic communities through its organic, flowing form. The abstract symbol at the top of the design suggests movement, just like the threads in a weave, which move and intertwine, the logo embodies the idea that ethnic identities are not static. Colors and shapes were use to highlight and to resemble materials that resonate with earth.
