Hey, I’m Isabela !
I focus on UX/UI, solving complex problems and building systems that bring clarity to chaos.I started in graphic design but lately realized I cared just as much about how things worked as how they looked. At FREENOW, I designed and built the Brand Hub—a platform that cut asset search time by 85% and ensured brand consistency across teams. I’ve worked across public sector, B2B, startups, and big data, always bridging gaps between teams and making things more usable.
I contributed to the International Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapons (ICAN) from 2013 to 2023 in various roles. As a Communications Intern (2013–2014), I assisted with media relations and public outreach. I then served as Creative Director (2014–2015), leading campaign design, branding, and messaging strategies. Most recently, as a Graphic Creator (2019–2023), I developed digital graphics and promotional materials to support campaign objectives.
I thrive on collaboration, translating design-speak into stakeholder-friendly language, and optimizing workflows with tools like Asana and Notion. I’m solid in Figma, Adobe Suite, Bynder, and Frontify—lately diving into motion graphics.
Outside of work, I’m all about movement and stories. Ballet, books, and coffee keep me going. I love understanding how people think and interact with the world—it’s what makes me a designer.
